Looking for a person to move in to this spacious 2 bed apartment in the City of Sydney, the room is only for 2 people & give own key each. Total 3 people will be living in this apartment.

It is located in the city, new building & very clean. The apartment has a big bedrooms, living room, study, balcony, toilet, shower & bath room, & laundry. In the living room there is new 50inch Samsung TV, Foxtel (over 30 channels for movie, documentary and more). Also have Playstation 3 for Bluray & DVD films, including lots of Bluray & DVD movies available to watch. There is portable hard drive that can be used to download film & TV shows from PC cafe & connect to 50 inch TV to watch it in HD. Or you can connect HDMI cable directly to your computer & use the 50 inch TV as a screen & sound. HDMI cable already provided. This apartment has a big balcony for smoking, great view, & can have a BBQ since we have a small portable cooker for in/out doors. In the living room we have a large comfortable sofa that you can open it up for use of bed as well. Fridge is clean and has many spaces available for use. There are everything you need in the kitchen, all new things, & we have a great rice cooker. I provide rice (very good quality), toilet tissue, boiled tea drinking water (cooled in the fridge), washing clothes detergent (for machine) & washing detergent for kitchen use, all these things are provided free. Also in the room there are large single beds with an electrical blanket, & there is a desk for use. The bathroom is very clean, great hot & cold water pressure. The unit is new, so during the winter it is warm and during the summer it is cool, so still have not used air-con or heater yet. Portable fan available for use as wish. This house has unlimited fastest adsl 2+ internet wireless and ethernet available as well. I will give you own master key and the house key. The flat is on quite street in the city so the place is not noisy or disturbing. All the bills are included in the weekly payment.
