Hello! We have one spacious room for rent in a well-built house with big back and front yards. It is located in an excellent location within 15 minutes walking distance from Lidcombe station. For singles, 200 per week. This includes all bills (water, gas, electricity and internet). The bond is two weeks rent. The room is fully furnished and vacant from the 13th of Sep. You are welcome to inspect upon arrangement. We prefer mature and quiet non-smokers. We are sorry but we do not take in backpackers or short term residents of under 6 months. 베트남사람중에 남자는 학교 가는 기간에는 이 지역이 아니라 다른 지역에 있기때문에 집에 없어요
그리고 베트남 남자는 한국에서 살아서 한국말도 잘해요
차 있으신분은 뒷마당에 호스가 있어서 세차 하셔두 되구욤
