I have a large room available fully furnished with a nice BIG BED (King Single).

You'll have your OWN TV! With a TV stand with 4 draws.

This spacious room is made from a living room where you'll have your own key for your room!

Only 10 minute walk to Lidcombe station and plenty of parking on the street.

You'll be living with 4 other people in the spacious and clean 5 bedroom house.

Currently occupied are 2 full time professionals (Male) and 1 full time student/working part-time (Female)and 1 Female working full time; all of whom are in their 20s.

Rent is only $160/week (paid fortnightly in advance) with a 2 week deposit/bond. The rent includes all bills and room is available from 8 November 2016.
