I am looking to rent out a furnished queen bedroom for $200per week to clean, quiet, non smoker non drinker. The room is furnished, shared bathroom,the house has spare (shower, bath, basin / mirror and seperate toilet) which can be used. carpark available . It is 10 -15 minutes walk to train station or bus stop at front door 5 mins to train station, 15mins to Marqurie uni, 30 mins to city.

The house has all nice furniture and things to use. (Anything broken by you must be paid for). The place is a single storey house, recently renovated kitchen with gas cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven, laundry, aircon, heater / light / fan, for winter in the bathroom.

Wifi Internet is available to use, plus all gas, electricity and internet is included in the rent.

The rent is $180(neg) per room each week and 4 weeks bond plus 2 weeks rent up front must be paid before moving in.... minimum of stay for 6 months... welcome couples... $295....
