Hi there!

I am looking for a couple to rent a second room 370$ all bill include internet, gas and electricity. The room will available on 20 January . We share bathrooms 4 peoples including you ( we have 2 pp live in living room ) minimum stay 3 months

Our buliding has swimming pool , sauna spa and gym. We are located at 107-121 quay st. Haymarket. It is opposite the central station and paddy market, UTS , KFC .

We would prefer to share an apartment with people who is tidy , clean , not partying and respects each other and couple or person who cook sometimes and keep place tidy.
