Our living room is available. We are looking for someone to join our friendly member.
There are 5 people (included you). ONLY YOU live in the living room. The house is clean and quiet.

- 2 min walk from WAVERTON Station
- 10-15 min to city by train
- $100/week for first 2 months, then $130/week from the 3rd month.
- Deposit $200 + 1 week advance = Only $300, you can move in.
- No minimum stay, just 2 weeks notice before you leave.
- Cooking is allowed (We often share and join meal together, if you like Thai food there is no reason to wait. Just come and join us ^____^)
- Smoking is not allowed as the floor cover by the rug, it is difficult to clean. ^^"
