-I have compared the price around Ultimo area in Flatmates.com. Could not find anything that can beat up with this place and price. All bills are included, and the fastest internet (NBN) is installed. This room has a small and cute red fridge. Three rooms are in this house and if you join us 4-5 people in total. Mostly females.

????2. Are you looking for a place where it looks very much similar to pictures?

-I do understand that those pictures look very professional and unbelievable, so I took videos. If you would love to watch videos, please let me know I will send it to you via messenger.

????3. Are you looking for a place where there is no risk of increasing the future price?

-The owner has confirmed that he won't increase the price as long as you stay. As he is a trustful and compassionate person.

????4. Are you looking for a place where is owned by the property owner?

-This house is the owner's, so there is no risk that the lease will be finished and you need to move out. The only conditions are minimum stay 2months, 2 weeks bond, and 2 weeks notice. We can provide a lease agreement.

????5. Are you looking for a place close to the city and shopping centres and quite at the same time?

-The address is 448 Wattle Street, Ultimo. Yesterday I walked around to check how long it takes time to shopping centres, bus stops and metro station while talking to mom on the phone. Which means I didn't walk so fast to reduce the time as a marathoner.
