I have room-share in MANLY, just 500m to Manly Wharf, Ferry and Corso.

** FREE unlimited Optus wifi internet provided
** FREE electricity, gas, water (no need to pay any extra cost)
** Fully furnished and with ALL home appliances provided
** Kitchen has ALL electric devices, utensils, crockery, cutlery and diswasher
** Big backyard with chilling area.

and the best part:

Great people, your housemate would be young and friendly people, all of them are either studing or working, they are all respectful whenever you have to get serious with your studies or when you have to catch up with some good sleep.

If you have no one, I can find a guy or girl to share with you. If you have groups of friends that would be great too :-)!


PLEASE NOTE:

* Room share $170 per person (NOT private room), absolutely all bills are included.

* Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and all necessary supplies are provided.

* 2 weeks bond each person, minium stay 3 months (if shorter please let me know).
