    Administration Role:
    업무내용: 전반적인 사무업무 (풀타임/여자)
    *케익/디저트를 제조하는 키친팀 밎 총괄 쉐프님, 사무실 어카운팅, 세일즈 및 마케팅 모든 분야를 도와주는 자리입니다.
    근무조건: 주 6일 월요일~토요일 오전 7:00부터 오후 3:30까지
    지원자격:
    - 1년 이상 오래 일하실 분 우대
    - 장기로 일하실 수 있는 비자 소지자(영주권자이상 우대)
    - 상급 영어능력 (영어 필수 입니다)
    - 책임감 강하시고 능력 있고 활기찬 분 찾습니다

    We are looking for someone to join our Kitchen team with a background showing experience in administration, preferably within hospitality, tourism and hotel environments at a five star level.

    About the Role
    The Administration Assistant is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the effective operation of the Kitchen department by providing administrative support in a timely and efficiently manner. To be an exemplar of the brand and to act as an exemplar in all interactions and work related events.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Your duties will include:
    - Provide administrative support efficiently and professionally
    - Administer food labels - Key Performance Indicators grids - Checking menus
    - Maintain a logical and up-to-date filing system ensuring files are maintained and regularly updated with all information on file
    - Administer the departmental Welcome Program
    - Payroll administration
    - Assist with food poisoning processes
    - Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate supply of materials and equipment
    - Any other reasonable task as requested by Kitchen Management
    - Assist Sales & Marketing team

    Skills & Experience
    Your skills and experience will include:
    - Previous experience in an administration position, preferably in hospitality
    - Organisational and time-management skills
    - Positive, enthusiastic, able to take direction & correction
    - Keyboard/Computer skills
    - Analytical and numerical skills
    - Excellent English communication skills
    - Natural ability to work within a team environment
    - An ability to 'think outside the square', and an inquisitive nature
    - Multi-tasking and organisation
    - Attention to detail.
