TITLE: Commercial Paralegal

REPORTS TO : Group Contracts and Risk Manager
PEERS: Corporate Governance
OBJECTIVE SUMMARY: administering of contracts for goods or services being supplied to the company, and general administration duties.
2. PERSONAL SPECIFICATION (the competencies, skills, qualifications and attributes which should be sought when filling this position)
Essential
? 3-5 years demonstrated commercial and contracts experience in a corporate or legal practice environment
? Ability to communicate with Senior Leadership Team, General Managers, Asset Management Team and contractors
? Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Preferred
? 5 years+ demonstrated commercial and contracts experience in a corporate environment
3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (the role, specific functions and accountabilities which are required to be undertaken by the occupant)
Contract and Corporate Administration
? Preparing and finalising a broad range of contracts received for goods or services;
? Maintaining the Contracts Register, Pre-qualifying contractors that are providing goods or services and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and contract terms and conditions;
? Preparing and finalising broad range of corporate documentation and correspondence;
? Liaising with contracted project management teams as required;
? Generally assisting the Group Contracts and Risk Manager and Company Secretary; and
? Managing general administrative tasks.
