Our client is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated full-time Retail Store Manager to join our team in our Head office located in St Leonard's.
Full training will be provided according to the 3 step training course of the company and you will be assigned to a branch after the training.
Location: A branch in NSW, VIC or QLD
Commencing Date: Upon Employment
Base Wage: $17.95/h + Incentive

Job Description
? Be accountable for ongoing store success, customer experience and staff development
? Showcase your expertise in superior customer service, setting a clear example for your team
? Create your own style and approach to sales, utilising the product knowledge and support to reach store and personal targets
? Partner with the Optometrist to create customer experience that is second to none
? Believe in the store as if it’s your own business, managing and reporting as needs be to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirement
*Possess relevant Bachelor or higher Degree (Business *Administration, Marketing or Hospitality)
*Retail Store Management Experience highly regarded
*Korean Speaking essential
*Other Asian language speaking ability highly regarded
*Possess a legal right to work in Australia
