We are seeking a part time Accounts Assistant (preferably female) for a Labour Hire company located in North Sydney
This role is a part time job working Monday to Friday working between 20 to 25 hours per week from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
We are seeking a person to be responsible for our payroll, and general accounting for the business, this person should be a team player, and flexible in picking up all general office duties & reporting to the GM on items listed below
Duties and Responsibility:
? Payroll administration
? Assist Sales & Marketing team
? All accounts payable & receivable
? Data entry
? General administration - filling, mail, assistance with answering the phones
Requirements:
? Organisational and time-management skills
? Positive, enthusiastic, able to take direction & correction
? Excellent English communication skills
? High level of attention to detail
? Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, Outlook and any database system
