Specific responsibilities will include:
Site surveys and lay out planning
Develop and deliver construction drawings and drawing checkups.
Liaise with shop fitter/ council/ centre management for fit out & store condition management
Source materials and making of finish schedules
Engage in tender/quotation process and internal project management during fit out
Inventory control and merchandising system development and research
The ideal candidate will have:
Required computer skills: AUTO CAD, Adobe Design Suite, all Microsoft Office, Sketch up
Optional : 3D MAX, Archi CAD
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Shop fitting or interior design industry or Project management experience also preferable
Qualification: Diploma Degree or Bachelor degree
Australian PR or higher(or at least more than 1.5 year visa time left)
Full time
Absolutely fluent in English
Full driver license
Strong documentation and communication skills
Able to work with tight deadlines
Good eyes for details
Able to do good stress management
Strong and outgoing personality
Spontaneous and punctual
Korean speaking preferred (up to medium level is also acceptable)
