1)Position: Hyundai/Kia dealer Technical Support Specialist
2)Responsibilities Include:
- Provide/maintain a High level of technical support via Technical Hotline and phone to Dealers in designated areas.
- Onsite field analysis as required to ensure a successful outcome
- Research, investigate and report on quality related issues.
- Assist the Hyundai/KIA Customer Care and other internal departments with product inquiries.
- Drafting and development of technical literature for dealer technicians
- Assist with testing and diagnosis of components replaced / returned under warranty.
3)The best ideal candidate will have:
- familiar with navigation technology
- Strong interpersonal skills with a primary focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Automotive Trade Certificate with additional post trade certifications (well regarded).
- Experience in the automotive retail service environment within a dealership or distributor.
- Sound communication ability via phone, internet and email.
- Ability to follow procedures methodically with an analytical approach to problem solving.
- Good general computer literacy in Microsoft office with sound report writing skills.
