We are a long established wholesaler of consumer goods to major retail chains based in Sydney office.
We currently have several vacancies for below positions as growing business.
--- Admin / Operation Officer and Accountant (Full Time) ---
* Duties and Responsibilities
- Working alongside the owner of the company, as well as working independently and unsupervised
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing clients accounts and advertisements
- Email and phone correspondence
1. Admin / Operation Officer
* Requirements
- Have strong MS Office skills and attention to detail
- Have a confident and creative flair
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational and planning skills
- Highly proactive and a great problem solver
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Must have a driver license
2. Accountant
* Requirements
- Accounting/Finance Degree
- Have strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proactive and a great problem solver
- Fluent in English and Korean
- SAP B1 experience is beneficial
--- Online E-Commerce Operator (Full time or Part time) ---
* Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining our main website and E-Commerce website
- Managing the development of E-Commerce sites with our developer
* Requirements
- Previous experience with E-Commerce management
- Ebay experience is beneficial
- Highly proactive and a great problem solver
- Fluent in English and Korean
