모집요강
We will be reqruied to;
Cooks;
l Maintain the quality of food;
l Obtain feedback from the customers regarding food if necessary;
l Improve taste & quality of food if necessary based upon the customers’ feedback;
l Control the staff;
l Organise all food procedures;
l Keep the hygiene of the cooking area;
l Train other kitchen staff if necessary;
l Prepare and cook food;
l Research new food;
l Store food in relevant temperature controlled facilities;
l Maintain the good taste of food;
l Need to work under pressure.
Managers
· Planning menus in consultation with Cooks;
· Making a decision staff’ schedule;
· Help kitchen when no kitchen staff or cooks unavailable;
· Serving customers;
· Solve any problems with unsatisfied customers;
· Planning and organising special functions;
· Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget ;
· Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions;
· Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations & are clean, functional and of suitable appearance;
· Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service;
· Selecting, training & supervising and kitchen & hall staff ;
· Report to the owner (employer) regarding performance of staff;
· Discuss & make any suggestion regarding quality & performance (turnover) of restaurant;
· May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders.
