We are looking for highly motivated and persuasive full-time admin staff.
You will be responsible to drive the growth of the company by delivering excellent service to our customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- General office duties
- Manage and maintain customer details
- Issue worksheets
- Arrange installation schedule
- Website maintenance
- Other duties as required
Criteria:
- Full work rights in Australia
- Experience in customer service industry
- Excellent communication skills both in English & Korean
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Knowledge in setting up and maintaining homepage preferred
