Our parent company, Vatech Global, is the world-leading provider of digital dental radiology products. Worldwide, Vatech Global has 13 branch offices and 3 offices with more than 30 worldwide business partners. Vatech Medical, as subsidiary of Vatech Global, is specialized in the technical support, sales and marketing of dental X-ray within the Australian and New Zealand dental industry and we are now seeking for assistant accountant to join our team who can manage the account on an on-going basis.
The role will entail:
-Drive month end processes to deliver internal and external reporting requirements, including balance sheet reconciliations, journals, asset management and taxation
-Complete accounts payable processes to ensure payment of creditors
-Complete accounts receivable processes to ensure receipt from debtors
-Bank account management and reconciliation
-Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes
-Prepare and review financial accounts
-Assist with preparation of annual financial statements
-Reporting to headquarter as requested
-Preparation for external audit
-Lodgment of monthly Business Activity Statements
You will have
- Accounting/Finance Degree
- 2+ experience as assistant accountant in small/ medium-size business
- experience in external audit(preferred)
- SAP(B1) experience(preferred)
- Unrestricted work right in Australia
- Fluent in English/Korean
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
