Our parent company, VATECH Global, is the world-leading provider of digital dental radiology products. Worldwide, VATECH Global has 13 branch offices and 3 offices with more than 30 worldwide business partners. VATECH Medical, as subsidiary of VATECH Global, is specialized in the technical support, sales and marketing of dental X-ray within the Australian and New Zealand dental industry and we are now seeking for junior dental equipment technician to join our team who has skill and experience on engineering or IT on-going basis.
This role will involve:
- Data entry
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Inventory management, including the dispatch of orders
- Provide overflow and backup support
- Provide remote support logging on to systems
- Provide IT support and technical advice as it relates to VATECH products for customers and authorized dealers
- Perform software installations, fault diagnostics, repairs and software migrations
- Diagnose technical issues and communicate with team or head office
- Excellent communication skills as the role will involve professional interface between our external customers and agencies
To be successful for this position you have to:
- Australian permanent resident or citizen
- Australian Driver license and own car
- Unrestricted business trip in Australia and New Zealand
- Overtime and weekend work may be required from time to time
