An innovative, modern and fast growing Full Financial Services Firm located in Sydney CBD is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Mortgage Broker. We are looking for new brokers due to our internal rapid growth.
You will be working a team of advisors including Business Advisors, Accountants, Buyers Agent and Financial Planner etc.
We will provide full training and ongoing support. You will be remunerated under a retainer and commission structure. What is required from you is to bring in the leads/clients and all the administrative processing works will be handled by our back office. You will also be mentored by an experienced broker for the first 6 months.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following:
- At least 12 months previous Mortgage Broking / Lending experience.
- Proactive and Strong Work Ethic and self-motivated High Standard of Customer Service.
- Strong Sales skill with your own network and clients sources
- Ambitious in earning top dollars
- Cert IV or Diploma in mortgage & finance is required but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Your Own ABN

The role is suited to:
- A young energetic person in the early stages of their mortgage broking career, or
- A banking professional is looking for a career change; or
- Full time mother looking to return the workforce.
