Reporting to the senior accountant, you will be responsible for working on bookkeeping, tax compliance and advisory matters for a variety of SME clients and also some large and complex entities
- Source and collect data and financial information from clients/bookkeepers to produce draft financial statements
- Produce all income tax return forms including super funds
- Draft written advice on tax of company law matters
- Work with the director to review all drafts for submission
- Demonstrate understanding of corporate structure - i.e. asset accumulation, protection and trusts
- Address issues relating to client's financial situation using past experience and expertise, resolve all concerns and queries
- Train and assist clients to administer their own portal via MYOB & Xero
- Train and supervise a trainee accountant
YOU
- 2-3 years CA/CA firm experience
- CA qualifications advantageous
- Previous business service experience highly regarded
- Great knowledge of income tax law and corporation law; with focus to FBT, CGT, payroll tax, land tax, stamp duty etc.
- Ability to manage high workload and deadlines using great prioritising skills
- Ability to service clients in a consultative and empathetic approach to add value
- Skilled in MYOB, Xero, Quickbooks and MS Office
- Korean speakers highly looked upon
