Our client is an industry start-up in education, training and supporting a life-long learning journey and this RTO is being established. This school provides an outstanding learning experience in hospitality (Commercial Cookery to Hospitality Diploma Level), with flexible delivery options, hence equipping its students with the skills they need to succeed, so this RTO is looking for a trainer who will join the teaching team.
THE ROLE
As a VET Trainer, you will have the ability to inspire others to achieve their dreams by sharing your skills and knowledge. You will engage, motivate and support the students to achieve whatever level of qualification they are completing:
* Promote and facilitate high levels of service and quality standards with our clients
* Deliver training to groups and individuals at client workplaces
* Mentor and support students through their qualification
* Assist in the preparation of training material and complete marking
* Telephone and email support to students, clients and schools
* Ensure all student training, documentation and assessment is completed in the required time frame
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* MUST hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* MUST hold relevant qualification/s in Hospitality to Diploma level and have the ability to deliver.
* Strong skills and knowledge as a trainer, with experience delivering qualifications in VET Sector
* Dynamic trainer with the ability to engage all learner types and levels
* Some professional development
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Self motivated with a recent industry experience
* Proven ability to demonstrate tasks and give instruction in both
small and large groups
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Korean Speaking is highly regarded
