  • Our Rapidly growing company requires a full-time Office Assistant.

    This position is available for an immediate start.

    This would ideally suit a young, enthusiastic, confident and vibrant person.

    About the role

    This role involves working full-time Monday to Friday from 9:00am- 5:00pm, with a wage of $20/hour plus super.

    The major duties include but are not limited to:
    ? General office duties as required
    ? Handling incoming calls & responding e-mails
    ? Administration duties including scanning and filing
    ? Data entry
    ? Making sure the office stationary are in stock
    ? Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
    ? Reporting to the General Manager

    The successful candidate would ideally have the following:
    ? Basic Microsoft office skills
    ? Excellent telephone manner
    ? Fast learner
    ? Previous admin experience is preferred but not essential
    ? Have the willingness to learn and develop new skills
