# Salary: 55k - 65k, depending on experience and suitability
# Main in charge of the kitchen, recruiting and training staff, quality control, ordering, communication with Head office
Requirement
# Qualification: Commercial cookery or bakery or pastry, more than 3years experience
# Able to communicate effectively with the head office, FOH and suppliers for ordering
# Able to communicate confidently in English
# Confident in leading a team and self-motivation
