We are looking for someone who want to join as 2nd Chef in newly built Kitchen.
This role is suitable for an ambitious and dedicated Chef De Partie who want to move up to next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
Management of the kitchen in the head chef's absence
Stocktake/ordering
Creative contributions
Providing a consistent and impeccable level of quality
In order to gain this role you will need to demonstrate the following;
Proven experience in busy kitchen environment.
Least two years of experience in commercial kitchen.
Passion for the food.
