Inbound Sales Consultant

Inbound Sales Consultant for Immigration Visas and Property / Real Estate

The Company: Specializing in Immigration and Visa Services, as well as Property Developers.

Residential and commercial property services, as well as overseas education and immigration. We have experienced leaders who have been concentrated on this industry for more than 25 years.

We are looking for skilled Property Sales Specialists as well as Immigration Visa Sales to introduce and sell “services and products” to our clients. We are also looking for a competent Property Sales Manager to set-up service and lead a new team for us.

The Role: Be part of a Fun and Vibrant sales culture helping migrants and Australians to deal with immigration and Visa related issues.
Build and Manage a portfolio of clients to help them find the right solution, whilst earning some Fantastic Money at the same time

Duties will include:
? Manage and build rapport with potential clients
? Take incoming calls and call warm leads for potential sales
? Provide a high standard of service to meet your clients needs
? Attend to written correspondence (e-mail, fax and mail).
? Insight into the market and the knowledge of property values
? Determine customers' needs and their purchasing affordability
? Provide professional advice to clients and facilitate buyers to make decisions
? Negotiate with solicitors, brokers and contractors

The Person:
? Previous sales experience
? Resilience and determination to succeed
? The ability to communicate effectively
? Positive and mature attitude
? A good understanding of sales techniques
? Previous cold calling background preferred

Skills & Experience
? Proficient communicating, reading and writing skills
? Acutely awareness of selling points of properties
? Expertise in selling properties
? For Property Consultants ? previous working experience in Real Estate
Industry is preferred
? For Property Managers ? at least 3 years of working experience

? 10% Commission (up to $3k per case ? Top dollar commission in Sydney ? easily achievable up to 70k to 90k per annum, sometimes 140k to 250k too)

Working Hours:
Day Shift: 10am to 7pm
Evening Shift: 3pm to 11pm
