모집요강

저희 업체는 블라인드와 커튼생산 업체로써 시세확장에 따른
풀타임 Accounting manager를 모집합니다.

(입사조건)
* 영주권자 이상 (또는,호주에서 합법적으로 일할수 있는 비자소유자 - 워킹비자 제외)
* 신체 건강하고 성실한 자.
* 장기간 근무 가능자
* 영어 및 한국어 능통
* 호주내 회계 학사 졸업
* 경력자 우대/연봉 협상 가능

(업무)
* Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
* MYOB data entry and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable items timely, accurately and efficiently
* Entering and processing of invoices ? ensuring timely payments
* Project allocation to invoices for cost control
* Statutory Compliance for Trades.
* Reporting and filing
* Account inquiry and dispute handling
* Liaise with creditors regarding disputes
* Ensure MYOB customer information is accurate and up to date
* Payroll (inc. SG payment)
* Administration tasks as required to support other team members

(근무조건)
* 월-금(주5일) 9am-5pm

(급여)
* 매 2주마다 지급
* 금액에 대한 사항은 면접시 자세히 알려드립니다.

(대우)
* 법정공휴일 유급휴무, 연차, Superannuation(연금)... :정규직 전환후 부터
* 안정된 직장. 정년퇴직을 걱정할 필요없는 업무시스템 구축.
