Our company, POSWAY, develops Point of Sale software designed for the Retail and Hospitality markets. Our POSWAY software is sold and subscribed locally in Australia, New Zealand and other countries.
We require Installation and Help Desk support to assist with the day to day support of our customers. Daily activities will include:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails from our clients to assist with general questions about the software, helping with more technically related issues, and helping to support a range of peripherals and add-ons, including Westpac Presto, Tyro, Paypal, EFTPOS and many more.
Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and Server, Networks, drivers, diagnosing various hardware and software related issues. Use of MS SQL Management Studio.
Use TeamViewer Remote Access software for remote support.
You will be required to travel within Sydney and surrounding areas to visit our clients to install POS Systems and provide after-sales training; after-hours support is also needed, shared amongst the retail support staff.
A valid driver's licence is required.
Located at North Strathfield just 5 minutes walk away from Train station. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Applicants seeking Full-Time positions need to apply.
Help Desk experience is preferred but not essential. Likewise, experience with Point of Sale Software/Systems would be advantageous but unnecessary. Full training provided.
Multi-lingual is essential in Korean.
Must have excellent communication skills and handle our clients with confidence and patience.
