IT Technical Support
- 호주 내에서 취득한 학위 (IT 관련학과 Degree 혹은 그 이상의 학위) 소지자 우대
- 최소 1 -2 년간 IT Hardware/Software 경력자 우대 (신입 무관)
- 영주권자 혹은 시민권자 지원가능 (호주내 풀타임 근무 가능자)
- 영어, 한국어, 중국어 중 2개 이상의 언어를 능통하게 사용 가능하신 분 우대
- 호주 운전면허증을 소지하신 분 우대
- MS office, Project, and Visio 사용자 우대
- DATABASE/ DBMS/ MS SOL Server 2005 and 2008, MS Access, My SOL 사용자 우대
- Operating System: Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012, Linux 사용자 우대
- System and Network Setup TCP/IP, UDP, SMTP, IMAP, POP, SSL, Cable Wiring and Installation

- Software/Hardware Test and Installation
- Testing and Updating software
- On/Off Site Installation and Support assistance
- Create and Update Hardware/Software Manuals
- General duties around the Tech Support Office
Sales Representative
- 호주 내에서 취득한 학위 (IT 관련학과 Degree 혹은 그 이상의 학위) 소지자 우대
- 최소 1년간 IT Solution Sales/ Hospitality / Retail 관련 경력자 우대 (신입 무관)
- 영업 목표를 설정하고 목표달성을 위해 최선을 다 할 수 있는 분
- 뛰어난 대인관계 기술과 의사소통 능력을 겸비하신 분
- 영주권자 혹은 시민권자 지원가능 (호주내 풀타임 근무 가능자)
- 영어, 한국어, 중국어 중 2개 이상의 언어를 능통하게 사용 가능하신 분 우대
- 호주 운전면허증을 소지하신 분 우대
근무내용:
- Provide sales and installation management, budget control and incentive planning
- Create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, whilst meeting and exceeding these targets.
- Cultivating relationships with customers, gaining deep understanding into their business, and ultimately providing solutions for their POS goals
- Generating a high volume of sales related activities including demo presentations and proposals.
- Educating potential customers about the strengths of the our product
- The role may require traveling domestic across states.
