-Kitchen assisting - preparing and cooking in the kitchen area
-Based on HACCP & Hygiene, food safety rules
Japan Food Network - Chef/Cook/Kitchen assistant (1/1/3명)
-Must be able to lead and motivate a team as well as work independently.
-Display a confident and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on consistency and presentation.
-Ensure food quality, presentation and safety standards are maintained.
-Abide by health and hygiene standards in all food storage and preparation areas.
-Adapt to guest`s dietary needs and requests.
-Responsibility for a designated section including cold or hot larder.
-Monitor and mentor Apprentices to ensure all items are prepared in line with menu.

Certificate/Licence: Certificate IV and Diploma in Commercial Cookery or
Certificate IV Commercial cookery essential.
