We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who has good knowledge and experience of administration and marketing in the education sector. The successful applicant will be highly motivated and able to work together as a team with Administration and Marketing departments. The role is based at Auckland CBD campus.

Duties &Responsibilities

Pro-actively add value by identifying marketing and sales opportunities and areas for the improvement of marketing process including the recruitment of agents and students from Latin American market.
The maintenance of accurate and secure records on students and their results, liaison with, and provision of relevant data to, external bodies including NZQA, INZ and Insurance.
Carry out operational functions in accordance with The Cornell Education Group’s Quality Assurance System, Policies and Procedures.

Skills &Experience

A minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing in Tertiary Education sector.
Administration, Social media & Database operation and a good range of other office/admin skills are required.
Excellent relationship management and customer services skills.
Good understanding of Code of Practice for the International students
Be responsive to student needs and provide student services.
Bilingual or multilingual language skill would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
