[Operation Manager]
the position, you will be responsible for:
1. Responsible for controlling the movement of trucks and containers of import/export shipment, and also managing key customers' need in regards to transport issues.
2. Inbound process ? to ensure that all movements are performed through the in-house system WMS (Warehouse Management System)
3. Outbound process ? to meet customer requirements for pick/pack and to set priorities in the shipping of product to customer, considering the transit time to meet delivery dates
4. Inventory management ? to control the product flow input & output and safekeeping
5. Resources management ? to ensure an effective flow of resources (human, equipment and goods) to provide operational support and to keep monitoring KPI
6. Costing ? to analyze relevant costs of inbound, outbound and warehousing to get safe margin.
7. Support continuous improvement within organization
8. Other ad hoc duties as required
