[Import/Export Operator]
the position, you will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinate import/export with suppliers and customers
- Prepare & issue appropriate internal & external documentation
- Monitoring cargo availability and status
- Scheduling transport for container delivery
- Lodge Sea/Air cargo report
- Dealing with customers and keeping them updated with progress
- Liaising with Brokerage Team, Australian Customs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport company, overseas agents, customers, suppliers and internal staff
- Building ongoing relationships with clients and internal departments
- Closing job and analyze its results
- Ensuring the company's strong image and high level of creditability is maintained at all time
- Undertaking other ad hoc duties as required
