Responsibility for preparing food for hot food dish range
Ensure food quality, presentation and safety standards are maintained.
Abide by health and hygiene standards in all food storage and preparation areas.
Adapt to guest`s dietary needs and requests.
Responsibility for a designated section including cold or hot larder.
Monitor and mentor other staffs to ensure all items are prepared in line with menu.
