This diversified role will include the following primary responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and email customers
- Outbound sales calls /email to customers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Admin support to various Managers
- Data entry of Sales orders
- Update and maintain customer database
- General administrative duties
- Writing a content for online material
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills (verbal and written)
- To have strong multi-tasking ability
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to function effectively in a busy working environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Intermediate MS office skills
