Bowen Investment (Australia) Pty Ltd is wholly owned subsidiary of LG International Corporation, BI(Aust) has been focused in investing in coal mines in Australia since 1983.
The Job Task and Responsibilities
We are looking for an all-round accountant responsible for (but not limited to):
- Maintain day to day running accounts, including bank accounts, payments and receipts, ledger posting
- Month-end process including intercompany journal and accrual
- Cash flow forecasting
- Monthly and annual income forecast
- Liaison with external auditors
- Tax compliance such as BAS, GST, FBT and Income Tax return
- Management reporting to the head office in Korea
- Other ad hoc Management and Financial reports as required
The Right person
- Degree in Commerce (major in Accounting or Finance) or equivalent in Australian tertiary institution
- Experience in accounting or related field preferred (but not essential)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and able to meet strict deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
- Graduate Visa, Permanent residency or citizenship in Australia
