We are currently looking for an energetic Assistant accountant who is willing to experience and expand the career path in one of the world leading tyre company.
This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave starting in September 2019.
The duties will include but are not limited to:-
Day to Day general administrative functions, office managing
General accounts duties including payroll, bookkeeping, daily transaction, bank reconciliations and more.
Preparation of BAS, PAYG, Payroll tax and FBT
Preparing an annual budget forecasting
Preparing and reporting a monthly expense to HQ
Response to all request from HQ
Liaising with clients in a professional manners
Arranging meetings and booking required travel
Ad hoc administration inclusive of general reception as required
To be successful in this position you need to be:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
High level of computer literacy (Especially, MS office programs including Excel, Word, PPT)
Xero is essential.
At least 1 year working experience in related role
Accounting/ Commerce Bachelor Degree is preferred
Good cultural understanding and proactive work ethic
Ability to multi-task and work within a small team
Great attention to detail, with "can do" attitude
