ABOUT THE COMPANY

About Role
We are looking for a AV technician for providing excellent customer service and technical aid for AV devices.
This role is an excellent opportunity to either gain, or further develop your skills in a large & complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
? Installation and deinstallation of AV devices.
? Changing lamps on projectors.
? Making sure the technology is set-up accordingly on time, tested
and shown to the event requestor
? Writing reports to business stakeholders updating about event
outcome
? Logging and managing tickets with ticketing tool
? Liaising with external AV vendors
? Asset management and keeping up to date
Skills & Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
? At least 1 years Audio Visual Aid and installation experience
? Tech-savvy, passionate about anything IT / Technology (Any IT-
related qualification is highly desirable but not essential)
? Strong communication skills
? Excellent customer service skills
? Team player but from time to time should be able to work
autonomously
? Ability to prioritize, but maintain a keen sense of urgency,
couples with excellent time management skills
