Fast Future Brands is a fashion retailer with over 100 Valleygirl & TEMT stores across the country, offering the latest trends in clothing and accessories to our customers.
We are currently looking for a passionate junior accountant to join our friendly team. This position is a permanent full-time basis and offers career progression opportunities.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
Invoice Journal Entry
- AP account reconciliations
- Basic bank reconciliation
- Handling creditor queries
- Perform month-end closing
- Supporting Finance manager
- Ad hoc duties as required
- General administration, filing, documentation utilising MS word and excel
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in commerce major (accounting/finance preferred)
- 1-2 years of Accounting experience preferred but not a must
- High level of attention to details
- Quick and accurate data entry skills
- Experience in MS Office and accounting s/w (ERP - Pronto experience preferred)
- Ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation
- Sound communication skills (Bilingual in English & Korean speakers desirable)
