호주 전역에 60여개 매장을 가지고 있는 핸드폰 악세서리 및 수리 전문 업체 Happytel 에서 Mobile Technician 을 모집중에 있습니다. 경력이 없어도 트레이닝이 가능한 직종이니 관심있으신 분들의 지원 부탁드립니다.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
? Diagnose and repair Smartphone, Tablets and other Mobile Devices
? Trouble-shooting customer inquiries/Technical phone issues
? Demonstrate excellent repair skills to customers
? Carry out a quality control test
? Provide repair skill training to new or junior phone repair technicians
Requirements:
? Proven work experience in Smartphone, Tablets and other Mobile Devices repair as a mobile phone technician for at least 6 months
? Exceptional Mobile Phone Repair skills across all popular brands of Smartphone and Tablets
? Strong technical attributes and responsibility
? Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
