호주 Smartphone and Accessory 업계 1위 업체이며 호주 전역에 60여개 매장을 가지고 있는 핸드폰 악세서리 및 수리 전문 업체 Happytel 에서 Smartphone Specialist 을 모집중에 있습니다. 경력이 없어도 트레이닝이 가능한 직종이니 관심있으신 분들의 지원 부탁드립니다.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommend new products
- Demonstrating products and showing customers how to maximize their
features
- Assisting the store manager in the day to day operations of the
store
- Maintaining good visual merchandising and store presentation
- Diagnosing issues on smart phone and tablet devices, and provide basic
repairs
- Achieve store sales targets and KPI’s
Requirements:
- A passion for customer service and sales achievement
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- The ability to work well in a team focused and fast paced
environment
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain
rapport
- Energetic,bubbly and willing to learn
- The remained visa period must be at least 9 months for Working holiday
visa holders.
