Port Maccuqrie에 위치해 있는 Makimoto에서 Chef, Cook, Hall Staff(홀 매니저 포지션의 경우 Campbelltown, Sydney)을 모집중에 있습니다. Makimoto는 2013년 호주에서 일식 레스토랑 사업으로 시작한 전문 외식업체이며 현재 카페/퓨전 한식당 등으로 영역을 넓히며 사업 확장 중 입니다. 현지에 직원 숙소가 있어 원하시는 분은 직원 숙소에서 지내며 일 하실 수 있으며, 근무 시작 후 협의하에 스폰서쉽 비자도 가능하다고 해주셨습니다. 요리관련 경력이 없어도 트레이닝이 가능하니 관심있으신 분들의 지원 부탁드립니다.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes on the restaurant’s menu (Sushi & Sashimi)
- Prepare and cook Sushi roll
- Mange and cook hot foods
- Plate, portion, arrange, season and garnish food
- Examine food to ensure quality, freshness and presentation
- Clean, stock and restock work stations and storage areas
- Maintain prescribed sanitation, health and safety standards in work
areas at all times including washing dishes

Requirements:

- Knowledge of food safety procedures
- Average level of communication and organisational skills
- Working within a team environment
- Positive attitude to push through even the busiest of days
- Enjoy living in calm and chill beach area

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about
portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Make?and serve drinks (e.g. Cocktail)
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Provide excellent customer service to customers

Requirements:

- RSA License holder
- Active listening, effective communication skills and organisational
skills
- Positive working attitude within a team environment
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Enjoy living in calm and chill beach area
