The Position
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be in charge of either the import or export sea & air process and your daily tasks would include:
- Export or import document processing
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Liasing with clients, carriers and overseas agents
- Ensuring compliance with Australian Customs & Quarantine
- Co-ordinating with shipping lines
- Transhipment Vessel monitoring
- Support to the freight team in both imports and exports
