As a shop manager, your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Staff management (Coaching, training and giving a performance feedback)
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Keeping the shop appealing to customers
Providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining stock accuracy
The skills you should demonstrate as a shop manager are:
Retail Management
Effective rostering skills
Building good relationship with staff members
Outstanding visual merchandising skills
Positive attitude in working environment
Eye for detail
