Successful and expanding construction company with annual revenue of $1 million is recruiting an Accountant to join our project management team.
▶ About the role : The expectations and responsibilities will include;
○ Preparation of cash flow forecast and managing cash flow
○ Preparation and review monthly of allocated balance sheet reconciliations,
including ongoing reviews of standard costing entries and analysis where appropriate
○ Reporting of business performance including analysing of revenue, expenditure and key performance indicators
○ Preparation of the annual finance budget and business plans
○ Supervising bookkeeping, account payable, account receivable and
payroll functions
○ Preparation of GST & PAYG reconciliation for Business Activity Statement lodgment
▶ About the requirements : The skills and experiences will be needed;
○ Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting
○ Minimum 2 year of experience in professional accounting practice
○ Excellent understanding of best financial practices and accounting processes
○ Solid knowledge of accounting software
○ Strong communication skills in Korean & English
○ Ability to work in a team environment
▶ About the remuneration : The successful candidate will be offered a starting salary package from $60K depending on experience and suitability for the position.
