The Chatime Group are excited to offer this opportunity to join Australia's Korean oven-roasted chicken and beer restaurant as a Front of House Supervisor!
About Us
With thousands of Goobne locations worldwide, we are the home of Korean oven-roasted chicken and beer.
Our restaurant is located in the premium dining precinct at Strathfield. We are becoming Sydney’s most ‘Instagramable’ restaurant experience with our signature UFO chicken dish.
Our restaurant is winning the hearts of chicken and beer enthusiasts from all corners of the globe. At Goobne, we are bringing to life what we call a K-Food experience ; K-Pop, Korean heritage, and Kick ass flavours.
About the role
Our front of house supervisor will need to :
- Lead, develop and empower a fantastic front of house team
- Make sure the restaurant is safe for everyone by coaching, following and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards and procedures are met
- Support the restaurant general manager to achieve financial targets by growing sales and meeting profit targets
- Manage and lead great shifts
- Be passionate about creating awesome and memorable customer experiences

You will also ideally have:
- Solid experience in a similar front of house/QSR supervisor role
- Inspirational leadership qualities and the ability to drive engagement in your team
- The ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and public holidays
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fun, supportive and extremely fast paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to build relationships with your team
