Full Job Description:
Our client is an expanding international pharmaceutical and they are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Coordinator to support them with payroll duties. Experience performing a payroll function with ability to interpret awards will be highly desirable and we welcome applicants who show a strong and dedicated work ethic who have performed a similar role in an Assistant Accountant capacity.
Role:
This Payroll Coordinator will be joining their Melbourne based team and the role requires a talented individual with a high attention to detail to support their close-knit team. The role will suit someone who is comfortable in working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll on a fortnightly and monthly basis
- Work closely with operation managers to ensure timesheets are complete and delivered on time
- Support HR with basic Admin duties and running of monthly HR related reports
What are we looking for?
- An individual with proven organisational skills and a strong work ethic
- Confidence and willingness to support managers with all administration duties
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to use Sage Micropay will be highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and work cohesively under pressure
