채용 포지션 [Marketing - 1명]

-Provide support on client and marketing events
-to create marketing and communication materials
-creating content and maintaining our social media channels
-A strong work ethic and the ability to work as a team
-Ability and passion to study and learn new professional knowledge
-An excellent understanding of MS PowerPoint
-Strong organizational skills
-The ability to multi-task
-Outstanding written and communication skills
-Skill in photography and video editing would be an advantage
-Understanding in working in a multi-cultural environment

채용 포지션 [Admin - 1명]

- Attend to general administrative task e.g. scanning
- Manage and respond to social media posts
- Update company website including managing stockists list
- Liaise with third party warehouse
- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparation of marketing material
- Assist in managing and monitoring social media
- Assist other colleagues where-ever necessary
- Overseeing the maintenance of the office and equipment
- Update records and databases with customer particulars etc
- Performing other relevant duties as required

채용 포지션 [Sales - 1명]

- Attend to customer request/requirements (banner groups)
- Order entry of orders (wholesalers/online)
- Assist in preparing reports and customer presentations/proposals
- Complete New Line & Promotional Submissions forms for retailers
- Assist with CSO requirements
- Send samples to customers as required
- Liaise with warehouse on customer orders as needed
