We are currently looking for the motivated English/Korean speaking (Bilingual) Receptionist to join the head office located in Alexandria.
Reponsibilities:
-Answer telephones, direct phone calls and email messages
-Forward emails to relevant staff members or department
-Greet clients at front desk, ensuring all sign the visitors' book
-Stationary stocktaking in regular basis and place orders if required
-Record incoming faxes and forward to relevant department
