IT Coordinator
Kumho Tyre (Australia) have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced IT Coordinator to join our team in our National Office at Bella Vista.
The IT Coordinator administers our IT systems for our National and State offices ensuring that hardware and software is maintained correctly. You will interface between our National Office and Head Office in Korea to facilitate software upgrades and annual IT projects ( EDI, warehousing printing management system, internet sales system ( EPOS ) )
Key responsibilities
?Hardware and software licencing maintenance
?Maintaining network operations and IT systems
?Communicating with HO (Korea) on IT issues
?Facilitating upgrades and IT rollouts to State offices
?Manage and administer assets (computers, printers etc.,)
?Manage internet domain and mobile device support
?Support National/State offices with IT troubleshooting
?Administer EPOS ( Internet sales ) system
?Ad hoc project ? IT system implement ( ie: EDI, warehouse printing management system and internet sales system )
?Administer oracle database
?Manage Active Directory & Group Policies on Windows server
?Manage server room facilities ? Network devices, UPS, PDU, ATS, and temperature.
Skills and experience required
?Fluent Korean writing and speaking
?Previous IT administration with network systems
?Sound knowledge and experience of corporate IT applications (servers, internet, intranet, shared drives etc.,)
